Tony Trigilio interviews poets about their recently released or forthcoming books. Always informal, each interview is a conversation—two poets talking about the work and play of the creative process, and showcasing some of the most innovative new work in contemporary poetry.

Tony Trigilio’s most recent collection of poetry is Inside the Walls of My Own House (BlazeVOX [books], 2016). He is the editor of the chapbook Dispatches from the Body Politic: Interviews with Jan Beatty, Meg Day, and Douglas Kearney (Essay Press, 2016). His other books include, most recently, The Complete Dark Shadows (of My Childhood), Book 1 (BlazeVOX [books], 2014), White Noise (Apostrophe Books, 2013), and, as editor, Elise Cowen: Poems and Fragments (Ahsahta, 2014). With David Trinidad, he co-edits the online poetry magazine Court Green. He teaches poetry at Columbia College Chicago, where he is Interim Chair of the Creative Writing Department.
